How to regenerate ACA Electronic File

Description of Issue

How do I regenerate the 1094 Electronic File?

Context
  • Affordable Care Act Report
  • Create 1094/5-B/C Electronic File
Cause

Electronic file was created however the files were not saved, will need to regenerate to save the files.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the program Create 1094/5-B/C Electronic File program.
    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > 1095-B/C Processing > Create 1094/5-B/C Electronic Files
  2. Click Define and enter the year you wish to regenerate.
  3. Click the appropriate type records, either 1094/1095-B or 1094/1095-C.
  4. Click the option in the toolbar for Generate.
  5. Click Yes to all prompts.
  6. Choose Save As and save the files to a folder location.
