What is Email Override in Munis System Settings?

Cause

Feature was added in to Munis to allow control over who receives emails from non-production environments

Resolution

Navigation to Email Override

  1. Open Munis (Non-Production)

  2. Open Tyler Menu and navigate to System Administration > General Administration > System Settings

  3. Click Email Override Configuration

  4. Click Update

    1. When Override enabled is unchecked, all emails will be delivered from the non-production environment

    2. When Override enabled is checked off, emails will be delivered only to email addresses that are either explicitly listed or that match a specified expression pattern

  5. Add in email addresses or email address regexes as desired

  6. Click Accept

Email addresses that are permitted receive emails from the non-production environment
