Billing Read Manager exceptions after install of MUN

Description of Issue

Try to access Billing Read Manager and exception occurs.

Context

  • Web Services
Cause
  • Installation of MUN-426037. (Tyler Deploy release 2019.1.22.2214)
  • Installation of MUN-444860. (Tyler Deploy release 2021.5.0.772)
  • Two new UB web services were added but Tyler Deploy does not automatically give the designated web service user access to them; this primarily will affect SaaS sites that do not use wsuser for their web service user and usually have XXXXweb instead.
Resolution

Access to the two new web services below must be given to the web services user via the Web Services program found here Munis > System Administration > General Administration > Web Service

  • utwsbrmu_GetBillServiceReads
