Paid or Partially Paid Retroactive Pay Cannot Be Deleted

In Process Retro Pay there are partially paid records that we would like removed, but when we try to delete them we get a message "Paid/Partially Paid Retro Pay Cannot be Deleted". How do we remove or delete them?

• Process Retro Pay 

Partially paid Retro Pay records cannot be deleted or reverse generated from the Process Retro Pay program.
