Assess Fees Mass Mode selecting no Real Estate Parcel records with Initial lien records.
No records were found that satisfy the selection criteria.

Cause
If the Batch and/or Town/Prec fields are populated, this can cause the program to not select any records.
Resolution
This has been resolved in 2021.10 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
