Charge Codes from previous FY Auto-populate in Cashiering.

The Unit Price for the current Fiscal Year Miscellaneous charge codes are still populating with the previous FY Unit Price. 

Tyler Cashiering pulls old charge codes.

Tyler Cashiering populates charge code information based on the Default Year set in the EERP GL Settings. If Cashiering is pulling from the previous fiscal year, the Default year must be updated. 

The Default Year is set in the General Ledger Settings. 

1. Navigate to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Setup/ Chart of Accounts > General Ledger Settings.

2. Click Update.

3. Set the Default year/period to the current fiscal year.

4. Click Accept.

Cashiering will now pull up to date charge code prices and other information.
