Description of Issue

Deposit Report is not Aligned.

Deposit Report header columns are misaligned.

Deposit Report Cash account is truncated.

Payment Entry deposit report does not have cash account.

Deposit report misaligned with column headers and truncating cash account after a 2 character change made in the deposit number column.
