How to import users into Resident Access

From the Enterprise Dashboard click Manage Users.

1. On the Users tab, click Import users.

2. Select the csv file containing the user information.

3. Click Import.
   Note: For larger imports the process will run in the background and the import screen may be closed.

The CSV file contains no header row. The information in the file should be formatted: first name, last name, email.

When users are imported into Resident Access they will not have a group assigned. Once the import is complete modify the users to assign the correct group.
