How to add a Funding Source to an Asset

  • Capital Assets 
  • Version 2019.1 and up
Cause

Informational

Resolution

In Versions 2019.1 and up:

  1. In the New Assets or Adjustments and Retirements program find the asset you would like to add the Funding Source to
  2. Under the Financial > Sources > Funding tab click Maintain Funding Sources 
  3. Enter in the Funding Source, Percent, and Amount and click Accept
