TSDS Submission - Error retrieving connection information from Application Storage

Description of Issue

I'm receiving the following error when submitting my TSDS records -

Error retrieving connection information from Application Storage

Context

  • Payroll

  • Financials

  • Texas

  • TX TSDS Reporting

  • Application Storage

Cause

The value in the Name field in Application Storage (Ed-Fi API Credentials) doesn't match the value in the Ed-Fi Connection Name field on the Shared Report Definition selected on the TSDS Submission screen. 

Resolution

Review the following and update as needed:

  1. On the TX TSDS Reporting landing page, select the Setup tab

  2. Select Ed-Fi API Credentials to open the Application Storage program.

  3. Confirm that the following fields are defined accurately:

    1. Resource ID = STTXTSDS – TX TSDS API integration

    2. Name = ED-FI Connection (unless you report multiple District IDs)

    3. URL = The App value provided to you by TEA

    4. User ID = The Key value provided to you by TEA

  4. On the TX TSDS Reporting landing page, select the Submission tab

  5. Select Submission

  6. Confirm that the Ed-Fi Connection Name value in the selected Shared Report Definition exactly matches the value in the Name field in Ed-Fi API Credentials.
