Cause

Need to delete or remove a custom menu item

Resolution

Removing Custom Entry programs:

  1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > Menu Settings

  2. Highlight the relevant menu items and click Forward, continue until the desired menu item(s) are highlighted

  3. Click Update, click Accept

  4.  Click checkbox next to the program that's being deleted

  5. Click Delete

  6. Refresh the Tyler menu for the change to take affect
