Utilities Access Change Mailing Address for Customer

Customer would like to change their mailing address for their utility account in Utilities Access.

Instructional

1. Log into Utilities Access

2. Click Account Detail

3. In Account Summary there is a line for Mailing Address. 

4. Click the Pencil next to the address.

5. Enter the updated address in the appropriate fields.

6. Click Submit
