Update Permissions for Word Mail Merge Templates

A template for Word Mail Merge was created but the creator is no longer available to update it.  Error message displays when attempting to update.

When the user created the Template, the Maintain permissions were set to something other than Public, restricting who can update or delete.  When another user tries to update or delete the template, they receive a popup message: You do not have permissions to update the current template.

If able, log into Munis using the former employee's credentials, then update the Maintain dropdown box to Public.  If access is not available, please contact the applicable support team.  Be ready to provide server access.
