Add Additional Service Requests Fields in CSS

How can a new Service Request Field be created in CSS?

1. Log into CSS as an Admin

2. Click Citizen Administration

3. Click Utility Billing

4. Click Manage Service Request Dynamic Fields under the Service Request Setup section.

   1. A popup will appear asking if you have made any changes on this page. Clicking OK will save any changes you have made and proceed. Clicking Cancel will close the popup.

5. Click Add Dynamic Field at the bottom righthand corner of the page.

6. An empty field will appear at the bottom of the Service Request Fields list.

7. Click Save after creating the new field.
