Description of Issue

When entering misc receipt that requires sales tax, the sales tax amount will disappear from total when tabbed through to the GL allocation. 

Sales tax disappears from the total while entering a misc cash receipt.

Context

  • Enterprise ERP 2024.2 and up

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Payment Entry (arbilinq)

Cause is unknown at this time.

  • Development is currently researching this issue.
