Description of Issue
We created knockout questions, however after applying the pending applicant statuses are not getting updated and an email is not sent.

There are 2 issues going on-
When using a Type of "R - Y/N" on the knockout question, it's not working at all and the Pending Applicant statuses are not getting updated.
When using a Type of "C - Checkbox" on the knockout question, the Pending Applicant statuses are getting updated, but no email is being sent.
