Description of Issue
  • When approving Pending W-4 Requests an error is being thrown
  • Munis (prw4pend) The utility program (sendemail.wsf) generated an error: Error: 10060: The specified operation has timed out Calling SocketTools SMTP Connect method

Cause

The SMTP has timed out when trying to send an email through Munis. 

Resolution
  1. Open Enterprise ERP as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > System Settings
  3. Click on the Email tab.
  4. Click the Update button on the top banner.
  5. Change the E-mail server timeout field to 45.
