Resolution

Adding custom entry programs:

Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > Menu Settings
Highlight the relevant menu items and click Forward, continue until the desired menu item(s) are highlighted
Click Update, click Accept
Click Add
Click Tab
Enter program ID
Click Tab
Set parameter if needed
Click Tab
Enter in a caption
Click Accept
Click Apply Now
Click Ok to the dialogue box
Refresh the Tyler Menu by clicking Refresh in the Tyler Menu. The new menu option should now be visible.
