Description of Issue

  • Unable to abate CPA charge only on a Real Estate bill.

  • When abating CPA only the amounts populate to 0.00 after clicking Accept.

  • CPA amount being abated is not saved unless also abating Real Estate Charge.

Cause

The cause of this issue is unknown at this time. 

Resolution

Development is currently researching this issue. No work around at this time.
