My tasks are not showing in Employee Access

Description of Issue

Tasks are not showing up in EA

Context

  • Tyler Employee Access Settings

Cause

Allow access to employee notifications was not checked off.

Resolution
  1. Please navigate to EERP>HCM>Payroll>Payroll Setup>Tyler Employee Access Settings

  2. Click on Update in the tool bar 

  3. Select the Human Resources tab

  4. Check off the box for Allow access to employee notifications
