Workflow is skipping a business rule step

Description of Issue
  • When we release our Action Entry workflow, it is correctly hitting steps 10 and 20 but is skipping step 90 who is the final approver
Context

Cause
  • Workflow Business Rule is flagged as a Catch All business rule and is not being considered apart of the workflow approval chain
Resolution
  • Remove the Catch All status from the workflow Business Rule record
