Description of Issue

Missing the GEN DTDF button in General Journal Entry

Cause

Missing DTDF Default Fund in User Attributes

Resolution

System Administration > Security > User Attributes

  1. Search for the User Id of user without the access
  2. Select the Attributes tab
  3. Hit Update (at the bottom) and enter a DTDF Default Fund
  4. Once Saved, the user will have to close out of the program and re-enter before the change takes effect
