FULL DESC column of report exported to Excel via GL Invoice History by GL Report - History by Project is blank.

Cause

Description on Line Detail of invoice is blank



Resolution
  1. Fill in the description on the line detail during Invoice Entry

  2. Utilize the AP setting Default invoice line description from header description



Additional Information

When searching an invoice from the report in Invoice Central, clicking the invoice number, and clicking the Invoice Details tab, the Description field is blank. This is the field the FULL DESC column pulls from in the report.
