Unable to View Original Budget (PAB) Detail for Project String when Amount is a Decrease

Original Budget journal (PAB) that is decreasing (both Expense and Funding Source Strings) does not show in the Original Budget folder

Unable to view Original budget detail when amount is a decrease amount

• The work ticket MUN-357764 is currently open with Development to address this issue. 
• Using the Detail option in the ribbon and searching for dates that will include the effective date of the PAB (original budget journal) will display the detail.
