How to set up Budget Overview Hub Card

Instructions on how to set up the Budget Overview Hub Card

Cause


Resolution
  1. Click Modify this Web Part (the cog wheel) on the Budget Overview tile
  2. On the right side of the screen, enter your preferred Chart Title
  3. Under the Also Include field, select which year(s) you would like to include
  4. Click Add to add your Budget Items for this tile
  5. Enter your preferred Budget Item Name
  6. Enter your desired field in the Defined By field
  7. Select your Segments/Rollups to define for this Budget Item
  8. Click Save
  9. Highlight your Budget Item and click the arrow to move this item to the Add To Graph section
  10. Once you have added all of your Budget Items to the graph, complete the rest of your preferred settings
  11. Click Apply

The graph on your Budget Overview card should now show.

The user will need MUNIS Web Parts Access set up in their Munis System Role in order to view data on this web part.
