Description of Issue
User is receiving pamthamtio: The Project String entered does not exist within Cash Disbursements Journal
Context
Munis
Cause
The user attempting to post the journal does not have proper Project Accounting access for the accounts used in the check run.
Resolution
- Navigate to System Administration > Security > User Attributes
- Search for the user attempting to post journal.
- Click Edit Role to bring up the Roles folders
- Click the Project Accounting folder
- Set Project string/segment group access to Full
