New to functionality

Financials>Purchasing>Purchase Order Processing>Requisition Entry

1. Click Switch Form
2. Selected desired custom form
3. Click OK
4. Exit out of Requisition Entry

The form will now default in automatically for this specific user

The 'default' requisition form is whatever was the last form used on a per user basis
