Training Course How is class enrollment determined?
Description of Issue
- At what point is the user considered apart of the Training Class when enrolling through ESS?
Context

- Employee Self Services (ESS)
- Employee Training
- Training Courses
Cause
- Training Courses will add employees to the class list at different times depending on if you are using the PMG (Employee Training) Workflow process code
Resolution
- If the PMG Business Rule is establish the employee will only be added to the Training Course when the workflow approval on the Employee Training record is in the status Y - Approved
- If the PMG Business Rule is not established, then the employee will be added to the Training Course immediately upon enrollment
