Can employees submit time to two different supervisors

Can a single employee submit Time Sheets for Time Entry for two different jobs, and can this time be approved by two different supervisors?

• Employee Self Service (ESS)
• Time Entry

Employee is working two distinct jobs at the organization and needs to report for both jobs to different workflow approvers

This is only possible by using the Payroll Control Setting option for SUPERVISOR BY POSITION

1. To review this option, navigate to the program Payroll Control Settings
   
   • Menu → Human Capital Management → Payroll → Payroll Setup → Payroll Control Settings
2. Scroll to locate the category SUPERVISOR and the label SUPERVISOR BY POSITION
3. Review the currently assigned value
4. If the option Y - SUPERVISOR BY POSITION is enabled, the time entered will be routed to the supervising position based on the position the time was entered for
