Description of Issue
After modifying an invoice's description in Modify Invoices, the invoice did not reflect that change in reports nor Account Inquiry
Context
Munis
Cause
- Invoice descriptions will only change if an APM journal has been created
- If no amounts or accounts were modified, an APM journal will not be created
Resolution
- A modification to an account or an amount on the invoice will need to be occur to generate an APM journal, which will show the new description/detail
- Voiding and rekeying the invoice with the desired description will show the correct information on the new API
