Purchase Order Expiration Date Field

• If we use the expiration date in purchase orders, what does that do?
• Will it delete expired purchase orders?

Purchase Order Processing

• This will cause a warning in Invoice Entry, if the site tries to Invoice against the Purchase Order
• This will not auto close or delete your purchase order once it surpasses the expiration date

New to Functionality

One could select Enforce purchase order expiration date in PO receiving in Purchasing Settings. With that checked off, it wouldn't allow your users to receive against an order that is expired. If you use PO receiving, that's a good way to then take the necessary steps to close out the PO or extend the expiration.
