Account inquiry, header (account inquiry front screen) should match journal detail in the yellow folder for:

Standard Annual Funds

All years: Current year original budget, budget transfers in, budget transfers out, actuals, encumbrances, requisitions. 

Multiyear funds that budget annually

All years: Current year original budget, budget transfers in, budget transfers out, actuals, requisitions. 

Multiyear funds that budget for Life

Current year: Original budget, budget transfers in, budget transfers out, actuals, encumbrances, requisitions. 

Prior years: Original budget, budget transfers in, budget transfers out, actuals, encumbrances, requisitions. 

Life: Budget transfers in, budget transfers out, actuals, requisitions. 

Multiyear funds that budget for Life (reporting view Fiscal) this is still a Multiyear Life fund it should not function differently then above.
