Reversal button in Payment Reversals greyed out

In the Payment Reversals program, the Reverse button is greyed out due to Payment Redistributions that were automatically created by the Create Accounts Receivable program and the Expand/Collapse Installments process and cannot be reversed.

• When Reversing prior Payments: Receipt Not Reversible. Later activity exists on this Bill that prevents this Receipt from being reversed.

• When Reversing Payment Redistributions: Reversing this Receipt would cause one of more installments or lines on the Bill to have a negative paid balance.

• Enterprise ERP
