Auto Clock Out Not Applying To Users

We cannot understand why the auto-clock out policy did not apply for a user. 

• Look Back Hours 

• Auto Clock Out

• Timecard 

The Look Back hours were set to clock out after 16 hours. The users manually clocked out before the 16 hours was up. 

The resolution is to lower the number of hours until it clocks out the user.
