Accrual not displaying in ESS Timesheets

Description of Issue

A Time Off request is not showing on the ESS timesheet for a single user.

Context

  • Employee Accrual Requests

Cause

In Employee Accrual Requests, there exist two identical records for this request, but one of them is unreleased. As a result, the system will not display either.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Employee Accrual Requests

    1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Leave Absence Management > Employee Accruals > click Pending in the banner

  2. Search on the impacted records

  3. Delete the identical, unreleased record
