Permits and Code Enforcement Setting not found error when opening Property Master

Description of Issue

Unable to access Property Master due to a missing Permit Settings record.

Cannot open Central property programs when we do not own Permits.

Permits and Code Enforcement Settings not found   100.

Cause

Site owns the CP module but does not own the PI module.

Resolution

Despite not owning the PI module, the Permits Settings program is still available to a CP site in the Central Property Menu.

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Central Property > Setup > Permits and Code Enforcement Settings

  2. Update the record.

  3. Fill in all fields that are required.

  4. Click Accept.
