Description of Issue
When accessing Manager Self Service in ESS, job postings are not showing for the hiring manager.

Cause
All positions tied to the Job Openings record are currently filled.
Resolution
To resolve this, you can utilize one of the following solutions:
Increase the FTE on at least one of the Position Control records listed on the Job Openings record.
Set one of the base pay Employee Job/Salary records to a Status of Moving Out.
