How to Setup Comp time Table

How to create a new Comp time Accrual table with Factor 1.

Cause

Instructional.

Resolution
  1. Go to Accrual Tables (Payroll>Payroll Setup>Accrual Tables).
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Accrual type drop down select Comp Time Accrual Type Code. 
    1. If there is no Comp Time Accrual Type code, add one before adding Table: How to add a new Accrual Type code
  4. Define Limit options.
  5. Click End of Year tab and select options.
  6. Click Settings tab, select the Earning Method, Units earned, Units used hours, and define Liability factor.
  7. On the Options tab, if the Comp Factor from Pay Master should be used to determine earnings, check the box for Comp Earned Factor.
    1. If this is not checked it will use the Factor from Pay Master.
  8. Select any other desired options.
  9. Define Service Levels, amount and Limit.
  10. Click Accept.
