Description of Issue

Rate Codes program does not have an Update option on the ribbon

Context

Cause

User did not have Assets role permission of Rate maintenance enabled

Resolution

For the Update button to appear in the Rate Codes program, user must have the Asset role permission of Rate maintenance enabled
