TSDS - Miscellaneous Codes missing from Employee Assignments screen

I need to create Grade codes, but my Employee Assignments screen doesn't have an option for Miscellaneous Codes.  I only see Back, Search, Browse, Output, Print, Display, PDF, Save, Email and Schedule.

Category Access restricts program access to "Inquiry Only". 

Have your IT update your permissions as follows:

1. Open the Roles program under System Administration.
2. Search for the Role(s) assigned to your user ID.
3. Select HR Management / Payroll.
4. Select Update.
5. Click on the Category Access tab.
6. Find the "PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENTS” Category and change the value in the first column (Employee Master) to either Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Upd / Del).

Note that changing this value will have no impact to anything else in the system for this User ID.  It will simply surface the Add, Update, Delete, Effective Date Default, Mass Copy, Mass Delete, Import, Export and Miscellaneous Codes options on the Employee Assignments screen.
