Migrate AD Users in ESS not pulling in employee

Description of Issue

When clicking Migrate AD Users in ESS User Administration, an employee is not linking to AD as expected and no errors are being returned for the user.

Cause

AD is linking a CSS account with the same User ID instead of the employee account in ESS.

Resolution

Deleting the CSS account and having the CSS user create a new account with a different ID should allow the AD Migrate to pull the correct user into AD.
