Employee Access - Cancel job posting option is supressed

Description of Issue

In Employee Access, under Job postings, the Cancel job posting option is grayed out.

Cause

The setting Allow Cancellation of Job Openings is unchecked.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Recruiting Settings

    1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings

  2. Click Update

  3. Select the MSS Field Access tab

  4. Check the box for Allow Cancellation of Job Openings under the Manager Self Service section

  5. Click Accept
