How to create an announcement in Employee Access

Description of Issue

Would like to announcement for employees to view on the Employee Access Landing Page

  • Employee Access

  • App Directory

  • Announcements

Cause

Informational

Resolution
  1. Log into Employee Access

    1. Select the grid icon next to the circular icon in the upper right corner

  2. Select App Directory

  3. Select Announcements

  4. Click Add Announcement

    1. Fill out

      • Title

      • Start Date

      • End Date

      • Text box

  5. Once completed select Save

    1. The Announcement will be available for view on the Employee Access Landing page once employees log in
