Description of Issue

Does a consent box exist for employees to consent to a W-2 delivery method change?

Cause

Informational.

Resolution

There is no consent box available in the tax form delivery method page on ESS, or text to add consent at this time. However, once the employee changes their W-2 Delivery, that request will be audited and can be considered their consent to receiving their W-2 electronically.
