NCDPI BAAS - DPI Never Received Budget Amendment

We submitted a budget amendment to DPI from the BAAS program and DPI never received it

BUA had not been re-submitted to DPI

1. From the NCDPI BAAS landing screen, select Submit to DPI
2. Select all the records you want to submit by PRC code by highlighting the records
3. Select Accept
4. You will receive a validation message if the process was successful
   1. Select No if you just want the proof reports and are not ready to submit to DPI

• Once submitted, a record:
  • With a status of G - Generated will update to a status of X - Submitted
  • With a status of Y - Re-generated will update to a status of Z - Re-submitted
  • Reflect the date of submission/re-submission in the Comment field.
• If the status of the record(s) is still G or Y, then the record(s) were not submitted to DPI.
