Print Tax bills/Statements doesn't have the scheduling option like other programs have.

Development is currently researching this issue.
Additional Information
Tax Control Center can be used to schedule Print Tax Bills/Statements, but not all fields are available to define and the Output options for the Scheduler are also not available.
