How does a user close a Student Activity PO?

Resolution

To close your Student Activity PO's you'll need to:

  1. Go to Activity Transactions

  2. Search for the cash code

  3. Then double click the PO you're looking for under that cash code

  4. Once in the PO there should be a Close PO button in the top toolbar

  5. Click that and follow the instructions.
