How to integrate Time and Attendance with On-Prem HUB

Description of Issue

We recently implemented TID-W on Time and Attendance and are wanting to add the shortcut menu to Tyler Hub for it. How do we implement it?

NOTE: TID-W is required on BOTH Time and Attendance and Tyler Hub

NOTE: End users must use the same email address across all three products for the integration to work

NOTE: On-Prem HUB refers to both On-Premise clients and SaaS clients

  1. Login to Tyler Hub
  2. Navigate to Settings > Administration > External Systems > Setup > Time & Attendance
  3. Toggle the Enabled button so that the fields show to enter in values
  4. In the Application Url field, enter the URL to the Time and Attendance Application
    1. On-Premise clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName:Port/ExecuTime/
    2. SaaS clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName/ExecuTime/
  5. Next, configure the Rest and OData Endpoints
  6. Select Rest from the Technology Dropdown
  7. Enter the Time and Attendance base URL for the Rest Endpoint
    1. On-Premise clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName:Port/ExecuTime/restServices/tylerIntegration/
    2. SaaS clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName/ExecuTime/restServices/tylerIntegration/
  8. Select OData from the Technology Dropdown
  9. Enter the Time and Attendance base URL for the OData Endpoint
    1. On-Premise clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName:Port/ExecuTime/api/hub/odata/
    2. SaaS Clients: https://FullyQualifiedDomainName/ExecuTime/api/hub/odata/
  10. Scroll up to select Save
  11. The short cut menu should now show for end users
