TSDS - Long Term Subs are not Generating

Long Term Subs are Active in Employee Master but not Running for TX TSDS Reporting

Resolution
The Generate will create one Staff Entity record for employees who meet the following criteria:
- The Active Status in the Employee Master is A – Active or I – Inactive.
- The Inactive and/or Terminated date on the Dates tab of the Employee Master is:
- Blank, OR
- Greater than the defined Snapshot Date, OR
- The Inactive Reason Code is crosswalked to Y in the PEIMSINACIN – PEIMS Inactive Reasons to Include Crosswalk Type.
- Employee Master data falls within include criteria defined on the Employee Master Filters
- Has a Base Pay record in Employee Job/Salary that was:
- Effective on the defined Fall Snapshot date
- Has a Position Start Date that is less than or equal to the defined Fall Snapshot date.
- Has a Position End Date that is greater than the defined Fall Snapshot date.
- Doesn’t have a Job Class code with an excluded Summary 2 value.

- The Period Record section of the Processing document includes "Generate Criteria" for every record type created. When you're not getting a record you're expecting, you should start by reviewing these details.
