Supervisor able to see employees outside of location

Client reported that a supervisor in their Nutrition Workgroups was able to see other Nutrition employees in other schools.

The issue was with the role setup. The users role had the correct employees selected in the location the supervisor was supposed to see. But additionally the role had access to several workgroups, this location uses multiple workgroups shared across the schools. So because the role had access to the workgroup it could see the other employees in different schools

1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access

2. Click System Admin

3. Click Security & Permissions

4. Click the Edit Pencil Icon for the role the supervisor is assigned to.

5. Click Employee Access

6. Verify the correct employees for the role is selected. 

7. Uncheck the workgroups that are selected

8. Click Save

9. Verify supervisor can only see the users selected now.
